Hospitality/Event Planning

This team is for parents who want to help plan the following events:

• Post-Show Cast Party

• Cast Dinners during Tech Week/Pre-Performance Week

• Lunch & Dinner on All Day Set Movement Rehearsal

• Special Community Events

You can volunteer to bring food, prepare food, etc.  Also, be sure to pay for meals to ensure your cast member is fed!

Attention Parents! The Event Coordination & Hospitality team needs your help! In order to provide & serve meals for the cast the 2 weeks prior to opening night, we need all families to sign up for at least one item of food or one shift to help serve.  If you haven't already, please be sure to go to the link below, then sign up for whatever job you able to do!
