Hi, I’m Bryony, one of the new youth workers to this fabulous team!

This year I have graduated from Liverpool John Moores university and find myself excited to start my career transforming the lives of young people. I’m a fun-loving, outgoing individual (a little bit of a goofball) who is ready for their next challenge! I am excited to befriend new people and hopefully make a lasting impression on the community.

I am currently part of various youth clubs run by the project, for example I am involved in the girl’s group, umbrella, and Duke of Edinburgh. I am also going to be part of the detached youth work the project runs in which I am looking forward to.

At certain points throughout my teenage years, sometimes I felt as though I had nobody to talk to outside of the home environment. It makes me feel good knowing I can be that person in which young people can talk to within in a safe environment about any anxieties/ issues they may be facing, as we all know the life of a teenager can be somewhat confusing!

I’m currently learning how to cook (any tips would be greatly appreciated) I love to travel; I have recently returned from Colombia! I love everything outdoors and I am keen on keeping up with the football!
