Executive Board
The governing body of the BP NJROTC Booster Club is the Executive Board, which consists
of the following positions:
President
The President works with the BP NJROTC leadership (Naval Science Instructors and cadet staff) to coordinate club activities in support of Black-Hawk Battalion, presides at all meetings of the Club and of the Executive Board, coordinates the work of the officers and committees of the Club in order that the objectives may be accomplished.
Vice President
The Vice President acts as an aide to the President and performs the duties of the President in the absence of or the inability of the President to act.
Treasurer
The Treasurer has custody of all funds of the Club; presents financial statement at Club meetings; keeps permanent books of account and records of gross income, receipts, and disbursements of the Club, including membership and collection of dues; maintains the Club checking account.
Secretary
The Secretary records the minutes of all meetings of the Club and of the Executive Board, performs such other duties as may be delegated, and maintains a current and accurate roster of the membership.
Ways and Means Officer
The Ways and Means Officer coordinates the Club sponsored fundraisers and presents updates at the Club meetings.
