Registration & Payment Policy

In the event the convention sells out, registration requests will be honoured in the order of payment received.   If your payment is received after the sold-out cut-off occurs, it will either not be processed or refunded (as appropriate to method of payment).   A wait list will be maintained.  If a cancellation occurs, unsuccessful registrants will be contacted in order of attempted payment to see if they still wish to attend.
