9th & 11th Grade Physicals

2019-2020 9th & 11th grade athletes are required to have a new physical on file. Please note that new physicals will only be valid if they are completed

after May 1st, per Idaho High School Activities Association rules.

Borah High School will once again be hosting Sports physicals on May 15, 2019. Although all athletes are welcome at their convenience, we like to try to do a cascading start so as to try and keep the lines from getting too jammed up. The recommended times are as follows:

5:00 - 5:45 Boise High School Quadrant (includes North and Hillside)

5:45 - 6:30 Borah High School Quadrant (includes West and South)

6:30 - 7:15 Timberline High School Quadrant (includes East and Les Bois)

7:15 - 8:30 Capital High School Quadrant (includes Fairmont and Riverglen)

We require the history portion to be filled out ahead of time (the front) so that it saves time. The cost will once again be $20 and all of the Boise quadrant money comes back to the BHS Sports Med program.
