PIN SHANK

Prior to 1800, buttons from natural materials, including bone, horn and shell, normally had a pin shank for attachment to clothing.

We are currently able to offer a polished dark horn pin shank button in two sizes. We also carry pin shank shell buttons. (See separate page).

Available in 5/8" and 1" sizes $1.25 each

DRILLED

Before 1800, buttons with multiple holes were primarily used on military gaiters.

With that in mind, we make available several plain horn and bone buttons.
