1x300g pack ready rolled (GF) puff pastry
75g pecans
40g light muscovado (/brown) sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
15g butter (/margarine if dairy free)
Blitz all the filling together.
Cut the pastry sheet into two long strips, each a loose palm wide.
Spread filling down middle third of each strip. Make cuts into sides in pairs then fold the little flaps over each other alternating all the way down. Brush with egg/milk for a glossy finish, or just put in the oven to get to eating sooner.
190C fan for 10-15 mins?
