Serves 2 as the sole dish, or 4 if (as preferred) you serve it with another curry.
Serve with rice, and maybe naan bread, lentil daal...
Ingredients:
1 onion
500g lamb
Handful of cashews
Crushed chilli flakes(0.5 - 1.5 teaspoons)
Shake of cumin seed
Shake of ground coriander
Shake of ground cinnamon
Spoonful of natural yoghurt
Squirt of lemon juice
Method:
Chop and fry the onion.
Add the lamb, fry until not pink.
Shake in spices, add handful of cashew nuts.
Fry until browned.
Add large spoonful of natural yoghurt and a splash of lemon juice. Cook until yoghurt blended in.
