Option one: If you have Microsoft Word (.doc format) - complete and post to the address on the form. Please send electronic copy for reference.

or

Option two: If you have Adobe (.pdf format) - complete and post to the address on the form. Please send electronic copy for reference if you can edit Adobe files.

Hint!

The arrow on the far right of the screen at the bottom of the page directly opposite the application forms ("v.1" is next to the arrow) allows you to download the application form to your PC for editing, saving, etc. if required. For example, if you click on this arrow, it allows you to download the Microsoft Word version directly and avoids having the file open in Google Docs only.

Please also note the following:

  1. Competitors are responsible for ensuring the correct categories are selected.

  2. Orienteering is an adventure sport. Competitors take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

    1. Data relating to competitors will be processed and stored electronically; some of this information as relating to this orienteering event may be shared publically (e.g. orienteering websites). Competitors agree to this data being used in such a manner for these purposes.

    2. Classes may be withdrawn or amalgamated depending on entries.

    3. Competitors are responsible for being available to compete at their allotted time.

    4. SI cards will be available for hire once requested in advance (request cards on entry forms). Lost cards will be charged at replacement value.

    5. Competitors are not entitled to a refund in the event of being unable to compete. In the event of a cancellation of part of all of an event, refunds are at the discretion of the organisers; organisers reserve the right not to refund entry fees in such circumstances.

    6. Submission of an entry form implies agreement to these conditions.

Course details:

It is about 1500m (20m climb) from car park to registration.

Registration to Start 1 is about 200m (30m climb).

It is about 600m (100m climb) from Start 1 to Start 2.

Finish to registration is about 200m.
