Competitors are responsible for ensuring the correct categories are selected.
Orienteering is an adventure sport. Competitors take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
Data relating to competitors will be processed and stored electronically; some of this information as relating to this orienteering event may be shared publicly (e.g. orienteering websites). Competitors agree to this data being used in such a manner for these purposes.
Classes may be withdrawn or amalgamated depending on entries.
Competitors are responsible for being available to compete at their allotted time.
Competitors are not entitled to a refund in the event of being unable to compete. Where cancellation of part of or all of the event occurs, refunds are at the discretion of the organisers; organisers reserve the right not to refund entry fees in such circumstances.
Dogs are not allowed on or near the competition area. Please keep dogs on a leash in the assembly / parking areas.
Submission of an entry to the event implies agreement to these conditions.

Note: Entries are now closed.
Start times will be between 10:00 and 12:00. All courses will close at 2:00 pm. Age Category Courses (competitive courses) will make use of pre-allocated start times while Colour Coded Courses (non competitive courses) will have a punching start. There is one start for all courses. Details of the classes, number of controls, etc. will be available on the final Event Information (see above).
