Ph.D. Makhkam Khalilloev is an Associate Professor of the Physics Department and Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Urgench State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni, Urgench, Uzbekistan.His research focuses on the physics of semiconductor devices and nanoelectronics: junctionless FinFETs and nanosheet FETs, self-heating effects, random telegraph noise, defects at the semiconductor-insulator interface, ultra-low-power electronics and semiconductor memory elements.
