Welcome to the website for the Big Nasty BBQ cookoff competition!

There was no Big Nasty from 2020-2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic

2024 date is June 22, 2024

Contestants must cook spare ribs (Not baby backs) onsite

You must turn in smoked rib entries by 3pm and there will be an additional $20 side bet on best smoked dish afterwards.

Note: The side bet dish must contain at least 50% of something you have smoked.
