The next Big Nasty date is June 22, 2024

It will be in Payson at Joel and Amy Brandt's house.

Check-in time is after 8:00am and turn-in at 3pm with judging starting shortly after

$25 entry fee per team

There is also a $20 side bet for best smoked dish.

Note: You must cook at least 50% of your side bet dish in the smoker.
