Search Solidworks files by name or properties

You can perform a search in the indexed folder by name or by properties:

• • To use the search with properties you need a Document manager license key (How to obtain key) .

  • Type the text you want to search and select "Go".

  • You can use wildcards like * and ?

  • Select a result and right click to use context menu.

  • Click again on "Search" and select "End search" to close the search.
