Starting

At the first run you will see this message:

• • Select Ok and browse to select the folder you want to index.

  • All Solidworks files and relations between files in this folder and sub folders will be indexed allowing you to rename or move files and folders keeping all links unbroken.

  • Be aware that Bibotac doesn't index virtual component : So if you use virtual assembly and rename or move a component used by this virtual assembly the link will be broken.

When you start Bibotac with an index already built the program will update his index according to the change made since the last update. If you have a very large folder indexed it may take some times, so it's good practice to keep Bibotac running in back ground.

You can open Bibotac in a fast mode (without updating the index or select a new folder to index).

• 1. While holding down the shift key in the select version windows click on the OK button.

  2. Select “open without Update” or “change indexed folder”.
