Actually Rotherham, not Sheffield at all. This rare example of a surviving bridge chapel was built in the 15th century. Following the Dissolution it was used, at various periods, as a gaol and as a tobacconist's shop. It was re-consecrated in the 20th century.
These photographs were taken just after 8 a.m. on a cold day in January 2010, from vantage points next to the bus station.
