Once upon a time ...
Way back in the late 1980s I needed to support a simple campaign I was running. Over an afternoon I knocked up a campaign program based on the approach to campaigning described in Charles Grant's "The War Game" (1971). This was the very first iteration of what was to become the Berthier Campaign Manager.
I have put together Bébé Berthier, developed from some of that very original code written in QBasic on a MSDOS computer. Now you too can experience the joy of a text based keyboard interface from the days of yore.
Bébé Berthier is an small stand alone MS Windows program which works "straight out of the box" with no installation necessary.
