Travel and Reimbursement Information

If you are traveling for the conference (and registered before the registration deadline of February 28th) from outside the Atlanta metro area, we can provide partial financial support for your travel and accommodation.   Please contact bjaye3@gatech.edu if you have any questions about this.

Please note that Georgia Tech cannot reimburse Air BnB, so if you intend to book your own accommodation, please contact bjaye3@gatech.edu first.

Parking If you are driving, you can see the visitors on the map from Transportation Services (The Area 1 parking lot on North Ave is quite convenient for the Skiles building, as are the Area 2 and Area 3 lots on Tech Pkwy). Parking rates and more details can be found on the Parking and Transportation’s Visitor website.  You will be able to reimburse your parking (if you are not a Georgia Tech student).

Reimbursement:  Within a week of returning home, please email travel@math.gatech.edu (cc'ing bjaye3@gatech.edu) with

1.  the receipts for your travel, and 

2. a completed visitor travel reimbursement form (attached below) 

If you are driving to the conference and will require reimbursement for mileage, please additionally send a PDF of a google map from your home address Georgia Tech.
