CAMP KYUSHU DETAILS
General Information about Camp:
Guy Healy, Japan invites high school students to participate in a 10-day, 9-night culture and language camp experience on the island of Kyushu in Japan.
DATES: JUNE 10- June 20, 2016 (10 days, 9 nights)
You will have to depart the US on June 9thth (Friday) in order to make it to Japan on the 10th. You will lose a day due to the International Date Line.
ACTIVITIES: Weekend homestay, school visits, One-Piece Attraction at Huis Ten Bosch Theme Park, martial arts experience, Nagasaki Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Museum Visit, camp-style language activities & sight seeing
Who is eligible: Any CPS student ages 14~18 years old. Students do not need to be in Japanese.
Deadline for Application & Down payment is Deadlines: We need to have at least 10 students (district wide) committed to going by January 31st to make this happen this year.
1. $150 non-refundable deposit with on January 31.
2. Final payment due by May 31th, 2015.
3. Payment will be made directly to Guy Healy Japan.
