What can I expect from my treatment....
Before I begin with your initial treatment, It will be necessary to have a short consultation which will take about a couple of minutes, to ensure you receive the appropriate treatment. Please feel free to discuss any health concerns you may have prior the appointment. This will hopefully prevent any disappointments if GP approval is required.
A combination of treatments can be most beneficial. If you are not sure which treatment is right for you, we can discuss this before or during the consultation.
During your treatment your modesty will be respected at all times. You will be covered with towels which will be strategically rolled back to allow an area of the body to be massaged.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is a full body massage that can be vigorous or gentle, depending on your needs. It involves massaging your body, using a variety of techniques and is one of the earliest forms of therapeutic treatments. It aims to promote a feeling of physical and mental well-being. It is the most common type of massage practiced in the west today and is often a good massage to choose if you haven't experienced a massage before. The treatment will be on a Massage table with towels over you but only the part being treated will be exposed.

Reflexology
Reflexology is a relaxing Holistic treatment, using thumb pressure on the feet to release blockages and toxins in the body. Reflexology is based on the discovery that there are points on the feet (and hands) which correspond to organs and systems of the body. These are called Reflex points. The treatment is usually done on the massage table so you can relax but can also be done sitting down on a chair or sofa.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a treatment based on Ayurvedic technique involving work on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, It's good for clients who don't want to undress, first time massage or/and want to a short treatment and is good for both clients at home and at work. Indian Head Massage is done either on a chair or table.
*This treatment balances the body, relieves eye strain, headaches, sinusitis, congestion and insomnia, boosts blood supply to the scalp promoting healthy hair growth.

Lymph Drainage Massage
Manual Lymph Drainage is a very light tough massage technique which stimulates the lymphatic System. This specialized technique is an extremely effective way of clearing the body of its toxins and impurities. The treatment is done on a Massage table using talcum powder but can be done using oils.
*The treatment is very good for acne, rosea, memory problems, swelling, cellulite, colds and flu, fibromyalgia, circulation, healing and is good as part of a detox programme.
Lymph Drainage Massage is also recommended as part as a treatment after Liposuction and/or Fat reduction surgery, which helps with swelling, pain and overall healing. I've had several clients getting in contact and booking in for a course due to them having this type of surgery so I have experience in this area.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is a holistic treatment, treating your body, mind and spirit, producing both physiology and psychological benefits. The treatment is a massage treatment using essential oils adapted to the clients needs. The oils work directly on the chemistry of the body, via the skin and bloodstream and has been used for centuries by Egyptians, Greeks and Romans. The essential oils contain dozen of powerful complex natural chemicals that have beneficial properties, each promoting different therapeutic actions. The oils are extracted from plants, flowers, fruits and roots. The treatment is on the Massage table and can last between 30 to 90 minutes, depending on a full body massage with or without a facial.
*Aromatherapy can benefit a whole range of health problems from stress, anxiety, insomnia and PMT to psoriasis, acne and arthritis.

Stress Massage
Stress Massage Treatment is a popular treatment which comprises a careful balance of Swedish, Neuromuscular and Shiatsu pressure points, applied to the back, shoulders, neck, face and scalp, as most of the time the tension and knots from stress ends up in this area. This technique is formulated to eliminate stress and tension and promote relaxation. The Treatment will be done on the Massage table.

Reiki Treatment
Reiki is a Japanese technique, also known as "energy healing". The best way to describe it is we all have an energy around us and when we're in pain or have an injury etc, the energy gets blocked and we feel unwell,. Reiki has a very specific way of challenging this energy (physically, mentally, emotional and spiritually) and through my hands that i will be placing on you, Reiki allows positive energy to flow into the body and this balances and heals the energy.

Hot Stones Massage
Hot stones massage is a specialty massage where I use smooth, heated stones as an extension of my hands, or by placing them on the body. Melt the tensions away with the help of heat. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so the therapist can work more deeply, more quickly.

Hopi Ear Treatment
Hopi ear treatment (also known Thermal Auricular Therapy) is a pleasant and non-invasive treatment of the ears and are a hollow woven cotton tube made using only natural ingredients with extracts of honey, pure beeswax and traditional Indian herbs. it is used to offer real and calming benefits for many problems and conditions associated with the ear, nose and throat areas. A Hopi ear candle treatment is a deeply relaxing, calming and soothing experience.
