Network comparison
Complex network measures may be used to study connectivity relationships in individual subjects or between subject groups. Comparisons of within-subject or within-group structural and functional connectivity aim to provide insights into structural-functional connectivity relationships. Comparison of between-subject or between-group connectivity aim to detect changes of network connectivity associated with distinct subject populations or functional paradigms.
Comparison of network community partitions: This function quantifies the similarity of (the distance between) a pair of community-structure partitions with two information-theoretic measures, the variation of information and the mutual information. This function takes community affiliation vectors, computed with community detection algorithms, as input (for details see Network Measures).
