Replacement Cost vs. Actual Cash Value Quotes (Typically Leads from MTG Brokers/Real estate Agents)

I have attached two Homeowners Insurance quotes for you! One with Replacement Cost on contents and the other Actual Cash Value on contents. The difference is that replacement cost insurance pays for the full replacement cost of your items in case of damage or theft, whereas actual cash value insurance only pays for the depreciated value. With replacement cost insurance, you'll have enough money to replace your belongings.
These quotes would not require you to obtain any additional inspections prior to binding. I have rated the home as a primary residence. Please let me know if you have any questions or would like me to make any adjustments.
