1969-04-08 — First year of Divisional play (East and West). Ernie homers his first 2 times up and has 5 RBI's. Fergie takes a 5 - 2 lead into the 9th, but gives up a 3-run homer. Phillies go up 6 - 5 in the 11th, but Hundley singles and Willie Smith hits a pinch-hit homer to win the game and start the greatest season ever!
