What is a Barawhood program? 

Barawhood is an online based support program for Baraw Sugbo enthusiasts without direct access to certified instructors. Barawhood is designed to equip you with essential skills and techniques to effectively defend against knife attacks. With a structured curriculum consisting of four levels and several subprogressions split into modules, you'll experience a progressive learning journey that enables you to master the art of knife defense.
