Technique

This class is for our Junior Competitive Ballroom Dream Team. This class will focus on Ballroom and Latin technique to improve all aspects of your dancing. Learn proper posture, leading and following, correct use of the feet, how to create bigger shapes and more. This is not a class where you will learn new steps, but improve upon your existing knowledge.This class includes: warm-up, exercises, technique lectures for Standard & Latin, stretching & run-through!

Dress Code:

Girls - Leotard or top/shirt, skirt, stockings, dance shoes.

Boys - Black shirt and pants, dance shoes.
