2024 Fall Season Evaluations

Make Up Evaluation Dates:

8U Boys and Girls

Wednesday, August 7th at 5:30pm on Combo Softball Fields with Coach Mike

10U Boys and Girls

Wednesday, August 7th @ 5:30pm on Field 1 with Coach Kevin

12U Boys and Girls

Tuesday, August 6th at 5:30pm on Field 2 with Coach Susanna

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THE SEASON BEFORE ATTENDING EVALS.

All players must attend at least ONE evaluation day. They are welcome to attend more if they want. These evaluations are vital to helping us create teams that are as balanced as possible.

If you cannot attend one of the evaluation dates for your division, please email 256ayso@gmail.com.

Please bring water, cleats and shin guards to evaluations.

Teams are being formed this week. We cannot complete the team formation process until all players have been evaluated. If you are unable to attend any of the makeup days, we will have your player attend the practice of an established team the following week so they can be evaluated and then placed on their permanent team for the season. 

For those who have already been evaluated, within the next two weeks, you will be contacted by your coach or by our Regional Coach Administrator to let you know that your team is formed, but you do not have a coach as of yet. If your team does not have a coach, we will be asking for the team to come together and decide on who will be coaching the team. Please be open to stepping up and helping to find a volunteer coach, whether that be dedicating your own time, partnering with another volunteer to co-coach or helping to find a family member or friend who may be interested in dedicating their time.
