The Dancing Death Eaters have hosted a series of wizard rock concerts in New York City called Avada KedavRock!

There have been five prior installments: 

• Avada KedavRock! 2012 (held November 10th)

• Avada KedavRock! 2014 (held May 4th)

• Avada KedavRock! 2019 (held November 9th) 

• Avada KedavRock! 2024 (held November 9th)

• Wrock the Peacock (held October 18th, 2025) - special Malfoy edition to celebrate the publication of Malfoy: The Most Treacherous Family

We'll be back with the next installment, probably in 2027, so stay tuned!

Across the last four concerts, fourteen different wizard rock bands have performed, with several making their NYC (or even their world) debuts.  As the wizard rock scene has quieted somewhat, Avada KedavRock! has become the exclusive home of several wrockers, and is the only place to see acts like Celestial Warmbottom and Priori Incantatem.  The wizard rock is interspersed with dance numbers by the Dancing Death Eaters, who have performed seventeen different dance numbers across the four concerts.

These concerts are a chance to showcase some lesser-known talents in the wrock scene, and serve as a reunion for the tightly-knit community.  To see how much fun was had, take a look at the video announcing Avada KedavRock! 2014:
