Auburn Aces Volleyball Club Refund Policy
The club relies on all players to fulfill their financial commitment.
Please consider this carefully before committing to the season.
Club fees need to be paid on time and according to the payment schedule.
The deposit holds your players spot on the team.
Fees are considered late the 10th of the month and a late fee of $25 will be charged.
It is your responsibility to inform the Club Treasurer if you cannot make a payment on time and make alternate arrangements.
Please be aware AAVC tries to keep our fees as low as possible and the club relies on all members to pay in a timely manner.
The club does not collect extra monies from our families; therefore we do not have the ability to offer additional discounts or scholarships.
Refund Policy Before December 1, if after your player has committed to Aces and determines that she is unable to fulfill her obligation, your financial responsibility is the non‐refundable deposit and uniform fee.
Refund Policy After December 1, you are responsible for club fees in its entirety.
Cash or check payment in full, at the beginning of the season, receives a $50 discount.
All checks or money orders are made payable to Auburn Aces Volleyball Club.
