Making Informed Decisions
We understand that financial commitments are important. Please carefully consider your child's participation before registering for the season. Club fees are essential for our operations and must be paid on time according to the payment schedule.
Deposits and Fees
A deposit is required to secure your player's spot on the team. Fees are considered late after the 10th of each month, and a $25 late fee will apply. If you anticipate a late payment, please communicate with the Club Treasurer to make alternative arrangements.
Our Commitment to Affordability
Auburn Aces Volleyball Club strives to keep fees as low as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot offer additional discounts or scholarships due to our reliance on timely payments from all members.
Refund Policy
Before November 1: If your player commits to the team but is unable to participate, you are responsible for the non-refundable deposit and uniform fee.
After November 1: Full club fees are due, regardless of participation.
Payment Options
Early Bird Discount: Pay by cash or check in full at the beginning of the season to receive a $100 discount.
Payments: All checks or money orders should be made payable to Auburn Aces Volleyball Club and mailed to: AAVC, PO Box 5172, Auburn, CA 95604
