Egg Salade Supreme

Ingredients:

6 hard cooked eggs, chopped and peeled

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 medium stalk celery, finely chopped (about 1/2 cup)

1 small onion, coarsely chopped (about 1/4 cup)

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Directions:

Mix all ingredients until fully incorporated. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
