Chateau Salmonsart

Chateau Salmonsart, Braine-le-Comte, 1794

The Colonels collected their antique "old world" furniture for their B&B in this venerable chateau, where they lived for many years while working for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

Chateau Salmonsart is located very close to Waterloo, Belgium and was used by Napoleon's Armies in 1815 at his final battle and as a field hospital during the two World Wars.

Family members return every year to this enchanting place.
