     👉 I enjoy solving problems, I'm efficient and highly organized, and I love to work in a Team. I pay attention to all details and like to be sure that everything is just right.

    👉 I have always been curious about how it is that planes do not crash in the sky.

12. Tell me about a time when you were personally involved in a stressful situation and how you handled it.
👉 During a busy shift with sudden weather changes, I stayed calm, prioritized flights, and worked closely with my team to ensure safe landings
👉 I immediately prioritized safety. I instructed the aircraft with the faulty transponder to hold position on the taxiway and coordinated with the radar controller toÂ
      identify its location visually and by position reports. I issued holding instructions to inbound aircraft and rerouted traffic to reduce congestion. I also keptÂ
        communication open with other controllers to manage workload and prevent overload
13. What is your greatest weakness?
👉 Although I don't think that this is my weakness, people say that it is. It is that I can not let things go unsolved until and unless I put in every possible effort to solve it.
👉 My greatest weakness used to be trying to do everything myself without asking for help. Early in my career, I felt that asking for assistance might be seen as a sign of weakness, especially in such a high-responsibility environment. But I’ve since learned that air traffic control is a team effort, and that communicating clearly and trusting your colleagues is not only smart, it’s essential for safety. Now, I’m much better at delegating when needed and leaning on teamwork, especially during high-traffic or emergency situations.
14. What are your career goals as an air traffic controller?
👉 Grow in the company and share what I've learned and experienced as a  controller.
👉 My career goals as an air traffic controller are to continue building my expertise in both tower and radar operations so I can take on greater responsibility in managing complex airspace. I aim to become a senior controller and eventually take on a supervisory or training role to help mentor younger controllers. I’m also interested in contributing to the development of procedures and safety management systems, especially in areas like incident prevention and safety culture. Long term, I hope to play a role in improving the efficiency and safety of our air traffic system at a national or regional level
15. How do you handle stressful situations?
👉 By sorting everything out clearly.
👉 In stressful situations, I stay focused by following procedures and prioritizing tasks based on safety and urgency. I keep my communication clear and calm, even when
        traffic is heavy or Conditions are challenging. I rely on teamwork, coordinating closely with colleagues to share the workload and keep the situation under control.Â
After the situation is resolved, I take time to debrief and reflect on what went well and what could be improved. This helps me stay sharp and better prepared for future
 challenges
16. Why do you want to be an ATC?
👉 I want to be an Air Traffic Controller because I’ve always been drawn to high-responsibility roles where safety and precision are critical. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, and staying calm under pressure. Most importantly, I take pride in knowing that my work directly contributes to the safety of aircraft, passengers, and crew.
 It’s a challenging but meaningful job, and I’m motivated by the opportunity to keep improving and support the aviation system

👉 Good at learning and working hard.

19. What do you like least about being an air traffic controller?
👉 I feel finding fault is a weakness. And I avoid it. Since this is my dream job, I have not yet been able to find anything of the least interest.
👉 What I like least is the shift work, especially the overnight duties. It can sometimes be physically and mentally challenging to adjust to irregular sleep patterns. However, I understand that it's part of the job, and I’ve learned how to manage my rest and recovery to stay alert and perform well. The importance of safety keeps me motivated, even during the tough shifts

👉 Usually, I can work in both shifts, but if I can choose that I prefer the night shift.
