Wooden boats bring a nostalgic aura and reflected in black and white film in the exhibition of the famous American photographer Robert McCabe in Citronne gallery in Poros.

Until June 19, presented 50 photos on the old "Aegean Boats, 1954-1964" . Centered on the sea, the photographs depict the physical, social and cultural environment of Postwar Greece. Wooden boats, expression of an art than other times, exude the relationship between man and the sea, they recall the past and raise the nostalgia for a different lifestyle.

The exhibition runs until June 19, 2016.

The proceeds of the exhibition will be donated to the "Greek Association of Traditional Craft.

Also a musical evening with the brothers Kamitsi the shipyard of Patmos (lute, zither, guitar, violin) will be held in Citronne gallery Poros under the photo exhibition on May 20 at 20:30
