*** The Election for 2024 Is held Tuesday March 12, 2024 at 6:30 pm ***

Welcome to the Ashbrook Village Election page.

The Ashbrook Village Homeowners' Association is comprised of 479 properties and is overseen by a Board consisting of three (3) trustees who are elected annually by the property owners (as per the Code of Regulations, Article IV, Section 4.01). 

Each elected trustee shall serve for a term of one year and until his or her successor is elected and qualified; or until he or she resigns. At all elections for Members of the Board of Trustees, the 3 candidates receiving the greatest number of the votes cast shall be elected.

The requirements for voting are as listed below: 

• • The voting person must be the registered home owner.

  • A home owner cannot vote more than once (meaning, mail in and also walk in).

  • Only one (1) vote is counted per address for all 3 offices.

  • Valid voters are required to be 100% paid on dues and shall not have any outstanding balance due to the HOA by the date of the election.
