Why I am willing to be re-elected to the Board of Trustees?

I understand the value of a Homeowners Association and will do my best to honor the current restrictions and/or guidelines, while maintaining an open line of communication with those I’m serving.

Why should someone vote for me?

    - I have served on the board for the past year

    - I have been a resident of Ashbrook Village for almost 11 years.

    - I have a lot of experience in serving others.  Leading mission trips, commissioning a golf league, organized successful 5k fundraisers, etc.

    - I’m an excellent communicator.

    - My family is very active in the neighborhood.  

Goals and Objectives I would bring to the Board

- I truly do believe that it’s important to maintain an HOA and enforce our current restrictions.  It’s one of the reasons why we chose Ashbrook Village as a neighborhood to live in. However, I do believe that we (HOA) can be better about communicating how and why certain things are enforced.  

 - Work on ways that will help to keep our current HOA dues where they are.

- Help the neighborhood to continue to be a desirable place to live as well as protect  what for many of us is our largest financial investment – our home.
