To be nominated for the upcoming HOA Board of Trustee election, the following conditions must be met:

• The nominee must be a registered home owner in Ashbrook Village

• The nominee is required to be 100% paid on dues

• The nominee shall not have any outstanding balance due to the HOA

• The nomination form must be received by 1 month before the Annual Meeting and Election
