Members' comments

Members were asked if as a result of attending Tai Chi Classes they had thought about making any changes to their life. The following is just some of the positive feedback received:-

"I try to exercise regularly to keep mobile and eat sensibly to watch my weight."

"I try to be more healthy generally."

I exercise daily using Tai Chi methods."

"I like the peace and relaxation enjoyed after class. More than once a week would be nice too."

"The class makes me feel relaxed, sharpens my memory (all the moves etc. take a bit of concentration!) and all-in-all at peace with the world. A very valuable feeling in this busy world. It also tones up my body and makes my muscles work hard. As someone who finds sessions in the gym totally and utterly boring, Tai Chi is a friendly, interesting way of keeping healthy."
