HOW DOES ART EMPOWER?
Students were asked to write about "How Does Art Empower" them,
other people and or the world.

ART EMPOWERS ME
Art empowers me because art has everything to do with the world. Art is a fun thing to do because if there is not art the world would be nothing. Art empowers me by helping a lot of people around the world. Technology also helps us so the world can be a better place. So a lot of people around are thankful.

MY RUNAWAY MAKE UP
One morning I woke up. It was the weekend. I went to my vanity to put on make up to do homework. My dad always says why do I need to dress up to do homework. It was a very quick day. Finally it was the next morning. I went to my vanity and my makeup was gone. I was looking everywhere for it, even my Taylor Swift hot red lip stick was gone and my Taylor Swift eye shadow and everything Taylor Swift was gone! I fainted for a second and got back up. When I told my cousin Gianna, she said she had my make up but I had 1 question, how did she get the key to open up my vanity. I probably put it on my desk instead of my jewelry box oops, but tonight I will put the key in my jewelry box so she won't get the key on the sleepover. So I put everything back in my vanity all sorted.

EMPOWERING ART
I put my gloves, hat, coat, scarf and boots on. Went in my car to go to a dance party. I did the Moonwalk, Harlem Shake and the Worm. The next day I went to art class. My teacher name is Mr. Anton. So I ran to the studio and sat in my seat. We always have to think about what we have to say or write. The whole class has a big conversation about what is art and what is not. After I went home and was thinking about what empowers me. The thing that empowers me is water, clothing, family, food, love and more. I also was thinking what is art? Then I realized that whatever exist is art. Now I know.

ART IS EVERYTHING
Art is everything in the world. I like specific colors, such as blue or purple. Art empowers my father by carrying my brother around. It empowers my brother by putting him asleep. Art can take over anything in any form, such as a rock. Any creativity, if something is created, it's art. However, something that isn't created is not art. Everything that God made is art. That's why he is such a great artist. Pens have ink and that is art. Remember, art is everything in the world.

Art is creativity made by artist all around the globe. There are many different colors like red, yellow, orange and other kinds. Art empowers everybody because art is made with color. If you get something from the store like a picture that's empowering yourself. Empowerment makes you strong and powerful. Art helps you because everything in the world is art, because if anything exist, it means it is real because anything is art. Art empowers everybody because art is something that someone likes, this empowers that person. It shows who the person can be. If anything isn't real it can't be art.

Art empowers me by sharing the worlds energy. Everything is empowered because it has life. Everything is alive because it is created. Even if the color is dull or you don't like it, it's still art. Even movement is art. things that are nothing is still art. Music and lights are art, broken stuff is art, words are art because they are made. Art is itself. Art is art. Even your beliefs are art.

HOW DOES ART MAKE THINGS COLORFUL
Art empowers me because it has lots of bright and dark colors. I like art because our clothes are art. Art is inspiring because it's very colorful. Art is a desk, tables, walls, pens, kitchens and earrings. I love art because it's inspiring. Art empowers me.

Art empowers me because art expresses life. You can show how you feel through art. Art empowers my family. Color expresses life. Art is anything and everything. Art is life and it expresses me.
THE ART EMPOWERING
I feel what's empowering, are art designs that help you. I got this idea from the two examples Anton gave us. If you have to run to the store art can empower you by taking a bus, car or skateboard. Empowering helps the whole world by making you stronger too. Art can empower your feelings making them great. If you are exercising without music that does not empower you, but if you exercise with music it empowers you. Some people might say music is not art but I learned everything is art. I used to think not everything was art but whatever is created is art. On my example of exercising, if you do it with music it makes you do it with joy. Like I said empowering makes you stronger, faster, smarter and makes your life better.

CARS ARE EMPOWERING
Art empowers me because it helps me, like a car. A car helps you drive fast
so you can get to your destination. Cars replaced horses that used to take a long time to get to their destination. Buying a car is an empowerment. Their is one unempowerment, a car gives off pollution. One day I will make an empowerment by making a nonpolluting car that will possibly be the first nonpolluting car.
HOUSES ARE EMPOWERING
Another empowerment that helps me are houses. Houses help you keep safe. Houses keep you warm and from crime outside. Houses are second out of both of the empowerments I'm writing about. A house is the second best empowerment.

Art is creativity and art is everything. If something is alive it is art. Art is Art No Boundaries. If something empowers you it expresses you. Art could be whatever you want it to be. For example, you are dancing and it excites you, that is empowering. Everything is art and everything has color. Everybody has a creative mind to do art. Everybody has a great imagination. Everything has a color, design and a speciality. Everything is a special piece of art.

ART EMPOWERS YOU
Art empowers me by helping me. Everything existing is art. My shirt is a piece of art. It empowers me by keeping me clothed and warm. A barbell empowers some people by helping them get stronger. Candy, coffee and caffeine helps adults by keeping them energized. A dog empowers me by keeping me happy and it gives me something to play with.
There are many forms of art that helps us. Some make us happy, strong, clean, healthy and many more good things. As I said before, everything existing is art. Every piece of art helps me. Water, snow even dirt is art. Water cleans me. Snow helps me have fun. Dirt helps me plant. Everything you see is art in away. Something that hurts you does not empower you, but it's still art. No matter what you do, you can't change the fact that everything is art.

Art has no boundaries. Art is a matter of creativity and thinking. Art empowers us by making us strong, more creative and lets us think out of the box. A video game is art, a board is art and besides, everything and everyone is art. Art pushes our brains to think more. Sports is art that empowers us. Skateboarding is art that empowers us. Eating is art that empowers us and sleeping is art that empowers us. Remember, anything is art. Even water empowers us. Cans are art, bottles are art, caps are art, computers are art and you are art.
