Dear AP Readiness Educator,
Thank you for registering to attend UCLA's Virtual AP Readiness Program for 2020-21. We look forward to supporting you and your students on the AP Journey to Success!
The day starts with students and educators logging on to their desired first class at 8:30 AM. Students will be able to attend 2 Large Group Sessions (one in the AM and one in the PM) and 2 Small Group Sessions (one in the AM and one in the PM). Attached is the AP Readiness Instructional Schedule for Fall 2020. We have built in breaks and created the "Small Group Sessions" to help support students.
Also attached are the Student Instructions, Teacher Instructions, and Agenda with Links for both STEM & HUMANITIES. At the bottom of the Agenda, the Tech support rooms are listed as well as the Teacher Reflection Session at 12:45 pm. We hope you can join us to provide feedback on the day.
As a participating teacher, you are expected to support the Instructors in both the Large Class and the Small Group sessions. You may move around rooms to check on your students, but it is expected that you will support the instructors.
If you haven't already, please complete this brief survey TODAY so we are aware of which classes you plan to attend. We hope to connect you with the Instructor. -
