During the season, check this website regularly! I post every handout that I give to the kids, I post practice and meet run times, individual and team meet results, driving directions to meets, and all other cross country information. This is the main, most reliable way that I communicate with parents during the season.

Facebook & Instagram:

Our Facebook group is called AMS Cross Country-USD 383. This is a private group, I will add any parents, family and AMS fans that request. It will be a way for parents to upload pictures during the season and I'll post announcements there, too. It is meant to be one-way communication...if you have questions that need a response, please email us!

AMS Cross Country on Instagram! (not sure how much if at all we will update this :)

2017 8th Grade Boys and Girls Centennial League Champions!

The kids did fantastic at the 2017 Centennial League Meet!

As coaches, we couldn't be more proud of the kids and the way they represented themselves and AMS XC!

Sportsmanship, competitiveness and team spirit were displayed by the team.

I am very proud of the 7th grade boys and girls as they worked super hard and ended up a close 2nd to Washburn Rural.

The 8th grade boys and girls, however, brought home league championships. It is worth noting that they must have really wanted to win, because nearly all ran their personal best 2-mile time (on the absolutely toughest course that we run)! You can see their individual times as well as their PR (personal record) time. Also worth noting is that the 8th grade boys have three-peated!

Overall team results are posted on the Braggin' Page.
