Farming with Children

This is something I'd very much like to do in the future, although I'm not sure how to go about it. Maybe I could offer field trips for city schools? I'm surprised at how many kids have never actually seen a farm animal in real life, or know that Chicken McNuggets come from the feathered critter that clucks around the farmyard. I'd love any comments people might have about how to enter into this sort of venture.
