From Florence's Santa Maria Novella Train Station, we took the Regional Train - 2nd Class (5,70 Euros = 1 hour) to Pisa Centrale Train Station. Outside the station, you will find Piazza Vittorio Emanuele which is circular in shape. If you walk left of the square, you will find an "i" which stands for information and pick up a free map inside. Turn left, and you'll find yourself on Piazza S Antonio. Once you find Via Francesco Crispi, keep walking on this street...you'll reach the Ponte Solferino (bridge). Overlooking this bridge is the Arno River. The street after the bridge becomes Via Roma and you should keep walking until you see the Leaning Tower of Pisa (Torre) as well as the Piazza Del Duomo (The Baptistry of the Cathedral). It is about a 10-15 minute walk. You can get a free map at the information center (i) outside the train station.
