We believe in the education of young minds especially at the high school level. Therefore an integral part of our research work is the engagement of CAPE (Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examinations) level students. We have established two (2) separate seminar/workshops which are held annually at the University of Technology for students and their teachers.
In these sessions; they (students and their teachers) perform advanced experiments which are eligible for CAPE laboratory credit and would not be available at their local high school or college. We remain committed to this education process as, like many other countries across the world, science remains a difficult and frequently misunderstood field for students.
