The purpose of this assignment was to provide the student with the opportunity to reflect on previous clinical experiences that convey something memorable or significant to you. The clinical situation could have been one that had taught me something, made me understand and change my practice or was particularly demanding.
This clinical example of critical thinking and decision making has provided me with incomparable experience in assessment and appropriate nursing interventions.
