Combination Locks
The starting code is structured. For A02, the A prefix is 00 (being the first letter in the alphabet and the unit number 02, so the code is 0002. For a new tenant or overlock, we increment this code by 1 , so 0003. (the caretaker gives the dials a spin when re-set.)
Change combination - Stanthorpe
To record a new code in computer- 1) put unit number in search bar 2) Add card. Fill in detail: Unit number, Tenants email, Old Code, New Code (adding 1 to the old code), "Y" if only overlock, date/time.
Email CARETAKER to change combination.
Email TENANT if new signup.
DO NOT email tenant if Overlock.
