You need to press OK after each selection to save the setting.

Mode : Camera only not .. no video

Format : ...OK...yes

Image Size : 5mp ...OK

Video : no video..ok

Set clock : Month/Day/Year

Picture number : 2

Video length : no video

Interval : 0

Sense level : normal

Time stamp:

Timer 1 : off

Timer 2 : off

Password set : off

Serial : off

Time lapse: off

Side PIR : on

Beep : off

SD cycle : ON (this makes it rewrite over the SD card)

IR light : high

Turn it on and wave your hand in front. Check if images on the SD card by removing the SD card and access card in a computer

Set farmcam camera settings

Insert cd...menu will appear...

You will usually do the Camera Setup First, then the SMTP.

Connect the camera with the cable and see which drive your computer sees it as:

Set farmcam SMTP (do not use mms)

You need: Manual, camera, fresh AA batteries, mini cd for software; usb cable to connect to pc; pc

  1. Print off below diagram...the bigpond password is B1gpond1
  2. Connect camera to USB of PC...note which Drive name it opens.
  3. Turn camera to "test" (make sure it has fresh AAA batteries)
  4. Insert mini Setup CD into PC - follow prompts...to run SETUP
  5. Select SMTP
  6. Reset settings...Save to that same drive as per Step 2...(not necessarily drive F)
  7. Turn camera to....off...test...wait for telstra sound...back to "on"
