Rationale: The following documents show my development and growth as a researcher and scholar. This first is a publication validation study of one of the passage from the Adolescent Comprehension Evaluation application. It is part of the pilot study the ACE team worked last year. The second document is the publication of a research study I worked on along with Katelyn Alderfer and Leona Donaldson from my cohort under the supervision of Dean Penny Hammrich, along with her co-PI, Jane Greenberg, and her team from the College of Computing and Informatics. Finally, I was approached over the summer by my mentors (former supervisor and Dean while studying at AUC) to contribute to a book they're working on by writing their literacy education chapter.
