Wrestler of the Week for January 5th is Grade 10 William Merry. William was given the award for his hard work in practice and dedication. His teammates note that even when he isn’t feeling great he remains dedicated to the sport and stays positive for his team. William has fought through some adversity this season coming back strong after sustaining a significant injury in the off season. He shows great character, is quick to share a joke and almost always has a smile on his face. These are just some of the reasons why William is a great choice for Wrestler of the Week.
