Christmas Practices

Wrestlers, alumni and coaches. Our dates and times for practices over the break have been set. Along with Coach Russell Fersch travelling from Saskatchewan our Christmas practices traditionally feature a number of our alumni as guest clinicians and it is always a great time. Note these dates on your calendars now.

ADSS Wrestling Christmas practice schedule

December 27th noon -2pm

December 28th noon-2pm

Jan 2nd noon-2pm

Jan 3rd 10am-12 noon

Jan 4th 6pm-8pm

All practices are at A W Neill.

You will need a little down time over the holidays but it is also important that you maintain your training so you don't undo all the hard work you have put in so far.
