Thursday, February 4^th

3:30 pm Set up starts in the ADSS gyms

4-5:30 pm BC Aboriginal Sports beginners wrestling clinic in wrestling room (ages 5+)

5:30 pm Dinner in student commons for clinic participants plus ADSS and Calgary teams

6:30 pm Aboriginal Sport BC wrestling advanced clinic and ADSS/Calgary practice

6:30 pm Set up continues

Friday, February 5^th

9 am Registration and weight check for all ADSS wrestlers at ADSS

10 am – noon Registration for everyone and weight check for all Cadet/Juvenile wrestlers

10:30 -12:30 ADSS/Calgary wrestlers in matches in front of ADSS student body

1:15 pm Opening ceremonies of the tournament at ADSS

1:30 –8:30 pm Tournament runs on 5 mats

5:00 pm Possible dinner break depending on numbers

8-9 pm Tournament concludes for the day** We plan to run semi-finals this evening

Some School Age weight classes may conclude tonight depending on numbers.

9 pm Coaches and adult volunteers social downstairs at the Italian Hall

Saturday, February 6^th

7:30am Doors open at ADSS

8:30 am Conclusion of preliminary rounds

TBA Matches for 5/6 and ¾ all divisions (except those school age completed Friday)

11:30 am Possible lunch break

12:30 pm Approx time for finals to start in main gym

3:30-4:30 pm Conclusion

4 pm Takedown and clean up

**Takedown could start earlier – again lots of volunteers needed, dinner provided
