Nuevos Algoritmos Bio Inspirados en Logística Aplicada
The main objective is to move forward in the development of a prototype of a toolbox to address various logistics problems using evolutionary algorithms. We have addressed two very different problems:
the allocation of products to shelves
the design of a supply policy for a retail chain.
The results gave rise to two prototype tools: MELiSSA and EVITA
This project was carried out in cooperation between the Complex Adaptive Systems Group at ITI and the Departamento de Organización de Empresas of the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and it continued the research work initiated in its predecessors BioLog and ANaLog.
